Maid2Match is a family-owned and operated professional cleaning company. Our story began in Australia back in 2014, when our first customer was our parents. In 2026, we started hiring permanent employee cleaners in New Zealand, creating real careers for our cleaners.
Our Story
Many cleaners work without job security or a career path. We think that’s worth changing.
Since 2021, we’ve been hiring permanent part-time cleaners in Australia. Then we built our Pathways Program, an industry first that gives cleaners a genuine opportunity for career progression and promotion to management and leadership positions.

Now, we’re bringing our employment model to New Zealand, with our rebrand from My Maid to Maid2Match. Our goal is the same: raising the bar for professional cleaners and customers alike.
