We’ve created an industry-first Pathways Program, providing genuine career paths in domestic cleaning.
You can progress from training new hires, to managing a small team, to managing an entire location. The limit does not exist – we create new leadership positions as we continue growing.
Our priority is always to promote internally. We offer our high-performing Field Staff the opportunity to try out more responsibility if they want to give it a go. If it isn’t for them, they can return to their previous responsibilities.
On occasion, we hire for cleaning manager jobs externally. Again, if you are all in on Maid2Match, we are all in on you!
