How does a regular cleaning service work?
When you book a regular cleaning service (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), we’ll assign the same house cleaner to your home each time. Maid2Match also offers discounts depending on how frequently we clean your home. And with no lock-in contracts, you have control over your cleaning schedule.
How long does it take to clean my house?
For hourly rate services, your cleaner will only work within the time given. On the other hand, for flat rate cleaning services, the time is based on the size of your home (bedrooms and bathrooms). Extra services, such as a deep clean or fridge clean, will add more time. If you have a recurring cleaning service, your regular cleaner will get more efficient as they learn the ins and outs of cleaning your home!
What time are your services available?
We schedule our Lower Hutt house cleaning services Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm. You can expect your cleaner to arrive within the 30 minute timeframe provided. Please note that we don't operate on public holidays.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning service?
It's entirely up to you! You can leave a key and let our Customer Support Team know how our professional cleaner can access your home. Others prefer to stay while the clean is ongoing. Either way, our cleaners will work thoroughly, with respect and care for your home.
How do I pay for my clean?
We accept credit and debit cards, so there’s no need to pay in cash. The day before the cleaning service, we’ll place a hold on your card, but you’ll only be charged after the service is completed. Online payments are processed through Stripe, with security protocols in place to protect your information.
